2.1 Services We Do NOT Provide
We are not an airline booking agency, travel agent, or tour operator in the traditional sense. Specifically:
- We do not arrange, sell, or book airline tickets or any form of air travel.
- We do not handle cruise, ferry, or rail bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We do not accept payment on behalf of any hotel, ground transport provider, or other third-party supplier.
3. Our Business Model — No Financial Handling
True Luxury Boutique Hotels and Travel operate on a transparent advisory basis. Once your personalized itinerary has been agreed and finalized:
- All payments for hotels, ground transportation, and any other services are made directly by you to the relevant supplier.
- We do not collect, process, hold, or transmit any client funds or payment card information on behalf of suppliers.
- We do not act as a principal or agent in any financial transaction between you and a supplier.
- We are not responsible for payments made directly to suppliers, nor for any financial disputes arising from such transactions.
This model gives you full financial transparency and direct contractual relationships with each of your service providers.
4. Client Autonomy and Direct Supplier Relationships
We believe in empowering our clients. Accordingly:
- Once your itinerary is agreed, you have full control over all communications with hotels, transport providers, and any other suppliers.
- You are free to modify, cancel, or negotiate directly with suppliers at any time.
- While we remain available to assist, advise, or intervene on your behalf at your request, we do not insert ourselves into the supplier relationship without your express invitation.

5.2 An itinerary is considered agreed and finalized when you confirm your acceptance in writing (including by email or digital message).
5.3 Once confirmed, it is your responsibility to proceed with direct bookings and deposit and payments with each supplier. We are happy to provide supplier contact details, confirmation numbers, and any other documentation we hold to facilitate this.
5.4 We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to a proposed itinerary prior to confirmation if a supplier becomes unavailable or if circumstances materially change.
6. Geographic Scope of Services
Our services currently cover travel planning to the following destinations:
